Whole bunch pressed into barrel fermentation in French oak with 30% new oak then matured on lees for ten months. The wine is complex with notes of citrus blossom. The palate shows depth and finese balancing the fruit with creamy lees influences and sublte oak. A classic Beechworth style Chardonnay. Enjoy now or cellar up to 6 years.
