By completing a transaction with Beechworth Wine Estates you are acknowledging that you have read and understood the following Terms & Conditions
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Age restriction
Under Australian law, you must be over 18 years of age to purchase wine from Beechworth Wine Estates. It is an offence to sell, supply or obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18.
Ordering Online
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and is inclusive of GST.
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard and American Express. A tax invoice/receipt will be issued by email when your order has been processed.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Delivery
Beechworth Wine Estates preferred carrier is Australia Post. All wine orders can be delivered to any nominated address, including Post Office boxes when shipped via Australia Post. If the person accepting the delivery is out and there are no delivery instructions, Australia Post will leave a card in the post box directing you to collect your order at the local Post Office. Delivery to capital cities is within 5-7 working days. Other areas (including Tasmania and Northern Territory) may take up to 10 working days. Occasionally, we find it necessary to use alternate couriers.
International Delivery
Email us with any inquiries regarding deliveries outside Australia.
Availability
Wine is available only while stocks last and may be subject to change. In the event that we have sold out prior to your transaction, we will contact you to arrange an alternative order or a refund.
Packaging
All wine is packaged using durable cardboard boxes. A standard box holds 6 bottles.
RETURNS POLICY
Money-back guarantee
If you don’t enjoy a Beechworth Wine Estates for any reason, we will refund you in full. It’s as simple as that. Contact us as soon as practicable and we will arrange your refund.
Returns
If your wine has been broken or damaged in transit, contact us immediately. Request return instructions from us via email or phone, and ensure that all original packaging is retained in case of the need to return.

Beechworth Wine Estates acknowledges and respects the privacy of individuals. We advise that any information given will be treated in accordance with the Privacy and Personal Information Act 1998, and will not be passed on to any third party outside of Beechworth Wine Estates. Details will be held on a database for the purpose of providing efficient customer service. There may be times where the information provided will be used to make contact for research and/or to provide specific product information. Individuals have the right of access to personal information in accordance with the Act.
