Matured on lees in controlled tempretures for ten months which gives the  wine a balance of fresh white peach, florals and toasty lees influence. The palate shows a richness, complexity and length of flavour for which Beechworth Chardonnay is renouned. Suitable for vegans and no animal products are used in our wines.
